1. EPE refers to Foamed Polyethylene, also known as pearl cotton. It is a new kind of environmental protection packaging material. It is composed of low density polyethylene (ldpe) fat which is physically foamed to produce numerous independent bubbles. It can be extruded molding or foaming molding, can be made of sheet or sheet or pipe, and then stamping cutting adhesion molding, with good toughness, not easy to break, good buffering performance.

2. EPP, Polypropylene plastic foaming material, is a kind of high crystalline polymer material with excellent performance, especially excellent performance has become the fastest growth of new environment-friendly pressure-resistant insulation material. EPP products have excellent seismic energy absorption performance, high recovery rate after deformation, good heat resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and heat insulation, in addition, its light weight, can greatly reduce the weight of items.

3. EPS, Polystyrene, through pre-development, curing, molding, drying and cutting process. It can not only make different density, different shape of foam plastic products, but also produce various thickness of foam sheet. Widely used in construction, heat preservation, packaging, refrigeration, daily necessities, industrial casting and other fields.

4. EPO, Foamed Polystyrene Polyethylene Mixture, it is a special polymerization process production of a “copolymer”, the composition and structure is unique, composed of 30% polyethylene and 70% polystyrene. PE component is mainly distributed in the outer layer of particles to promote plasticization and binding between particles, while PS component is mainly distributed in the interior of particles, which plays a good supporting role for the structure of vesicles.

Although the above materials literally look similar, but in the field of actual packaging, there are obvious differences. With the enhancement of modern environmental awareness, EPE material, namely pearl cotton packaging is more common.
